Artificial and natural regeneration of forest resources. Research and approbation in practice of the methods of forest establishment in non-forest lands. Use of sewage sludge and wood ash in afforestation. Development and management of short rotation energy wood plantations. Research of different agroforestry systems. Soil and biomass chemical composition and analysis are provided in the Laboratory of Forest Environment.
