The program financed by the Nordic Forest Research Cooperation Committee SNS
Within the framework of the cooperation program, by combining the resources of forest scientists from the Nordic and Baltic countries, issues related to the possible impact of various forest management solutions and strategies on the performance of forest environmental protection functions (environmental services) will be addressed. The general objective of the program is to provide the knowledge necessary for making professional decisions in forest management, taking into account the following functions of the forest environment: carbon accumulation, water resource quality, biodiversity and soil quality.
