The study is financed in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations No. 59 "Procedure for awarding state and European Union support for investment promotion in agriculture".
The aim of the study is to quantitatively and socio-economically assess the impact of climate change mitigation measures implemented and planned in the Latvian LFS sector on reducing GHG emissions and increasing CO2 sequestration in forest management, as well as their contribution to achieving climate neutrality goals.
